    The conference fee includes admission to the conference, a copy of proceedings, coffee breaks, cocktail reception. A conference banquet will be held in the evening on January 10, 1999. The student fee does not include conference reception and banquet.
All conference participants are encouraged to make advanced registration. In addition to the fees listed above, fees will be required for anyone wishing to participate in the spouse program, and the post conference tour.

Remittance

    Payment should be made by check or money order, payable to 
            ACCV2000 c/o Hsi Jian Lee
in Taiwan or US funds, or one of the following credit cards: VISA or MasterCard.

Registration/Information Desk

    The registration/information desk will be open outside of International Reception Hall (2F) of the Grand Hotel (see hotel interior map included in this program) during the following hours of the conference:

Jan. 8 Saturday 8:00-18:00
Jan. 9 Sunday 8:00-18:00
Jan. 10 Monday 8:00-18:00
Jan. 11 Tuesday 8:00-18:00

    It is recommended that the conference participants complete registration immediately after arrival.
All on-site fee payments must be made in cash in NT or U.S dollars.

Cancellation

    If you need to cancel any of your reservations, the following cancellation charges will be applied (in addition to any bank transfer charges):

Before Nov.30 No charge
Nov.30 to Dec.15 20% of fee
Dec.15 to Dec.30 50% of fee
After Dec.30 NO REFUND

Due to capacity limitations, applications for the spouse programs and the post conference tour will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Any spouse program or the post conference tour may be canceled if the number of participants does not reach a predetermined minimum level, in which case, the paid fee(s) will be refunded.
