3D Computer Vision: Temporal Analysis
The objective of the work in this area is three-dimensional interpretation of video. Videos of our three-dimensional world are captured in two dimensions, yet a variety of motion and appearance cues allow us to infer the three-dimensional motions and appearance of objects in video. Additionally, tracking an object as it evolves temporally leads to high-level scene and action understanding.
